Jersey Champs - Horrible Service and Even Worst Customer Service
I ordered from jersey champs and my order took 3 MONTHS TO DELIVER. I talked to a customer representative by the name of Vanessa who wasnโt helpful at all and as I asked for a refund she ignored my request multiple times with no response and/or my item is on the way.
The ETA was 1 months as she stated it was very busy which is understandable but 3 months is ridiculous. She never provided any help and only until I added in the owner Sean was my tracking details made available. Even then it still took a very long time. The description of the product states it is stitched.
But turns out itโs just cheap glued on product from China.
Iโm furious that after multiple request for a refund they never gave me it and just sent the product over 2 months late. Do yourself self a Favor and do not order from here as you will be treated poorly and be given an awful overpriced product
