Jersey Champs - DO NOT ORDER scam alert!!
I've tried and tried to contact them to disuss my missing jersey. I have no tracking info, no info on when it will arrive, and their responses are canned and almost don't even seem real.
I bought something from them almost a month ago and I still have no idea when I'll get it - even though I paid for same day shipping. This company is horrible. Their few email responese among my many inquiries don't even answer my questions. It's like they just want to shut you up for a few days.
They also dont respond to their facebook messages, but certainly send me ads in my messenger now.
Their facebook reviews appear to be full of customers having the same problem and they just keep copy/pasting the results. Absolutely the worst online company I've ever worked with.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $43.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Jersey Champs Cons: Fact that i never got my order, Unprofessionalism, Lack of expedited delivery.

I also purchased a jersey a week ago and have yet to receive a response with regards to when it will ship? I'm going to call my credit card company for a refund and notify the better business bureau if this isn't dealt with asap
